Facial thread veins and broken capillaries are not caused by anything you've done wrong. They're a structural change: dilated or damaged capillary walls that sit close to the skin surface. Skincare cannot fix them. The only effective treatment is selective targeting of the vessel wall itself.
The problem
Why they don't resolve on their own.
Thread veins and telangiectasias are permanently dilated capillaries. Once the vessel wall loses its elasticity, it stays dilated. Compression, cold, and topical products may temporarily reduce flushing but cannot contract a structurally dilated vessel. Clearance requires coagulating the vessel from within, without damaging the surrounding skin.

VISIA RBX vascular imaging maps vessel location, depth, and distribution before a single treatment is delivered. Superficial thread veins sit at a different depth to deeper vascular reactivity, and require different energy settings. Treating without this mapping means guessing at depth, which leads to either under-treatment or unnecessary skin stress.

The Aerolase Neo Elite targets facial veins with 1064nm energy. The 650-microsecond pulse selectively heats the vessel wall, coagulating it without the heat spread that damages surrounding tissue. Most facial thread veins clear in a single session. Larger networks may require a second. Zero downtime, no anaesthetic, back to normal immediately.
