The Aerolase Neo Elite is designed for every skin tone, from the fairest to the deepest, including darker skin that other lasers cannot safely treat. During your first session, we'll assess your skin with a VISIA scan (high-definition imaging) and confirm suitability before any treatment begins.
The Aerolase Neo Elite is approved in Australia for 36+ skin concerns including pigmentation, sun damage, rosacea, redness, acne, acne scarring, facial veins, fine lines, and hair removal. Your session includes a VISIA scan so we can map exactly what's relevant for your skin.
We recommend starting with an in-depth consultation. We assess your skin with VISIA diagnostic imaging, map your concerns, and you leave with a written treatment plan. Any treatment is booked separately, as part of that plan.
For most skin concerns, a single session delivers visible improvement. For ongoing concerns, such as pigmentation, acne, and redness, a course of several sessions produces lasting results. We'll outline what your skin needs after the VISIA assessment.
No. The Aerolase Neo Elite's pulse is so short that your skin doesn't have time to heat up, so there's no redness, swelling, or recovery time. You can return to normal activity immediately after your appointment.
No. The Aerolase Neo Elite requires no numbing cream. Each pulse ends before your skin even feels heat, so heat doesn't accumulate. Most clients describe a mild warming sensation at most.
Yes. New clients start with an in-depth consultation, which includes your VISIA diagnostic assessment and a written treatment plan. From there we book any treatment as part of your plan.
The Aerolase Neo Elite is suitable for most skin types and concerns, but not all. Suitability is confirmed at your consultation, before anything is booked. If Aerolase is not the right fit, we will recommend the treatment that is, as part of your plan.
You can reschedule or cancel online up to 48 hours before your appointment, and your booking carries straight over to your new time.
