The Aerolase Neo Elite is designed for every skin tone — from the fairest to the deepest — including darker skin that other lasers cannot safely treat. During your $199 session, we'll assess your skin with a VISIA scan (high-definition imaging) and confirm suitability before any treatment begins.
What skin concerns can Aerolase treat?+
The Aerolase Neo Elite is approved in Australia for 36+ skin concerns including pigmentation, sun damage, rosacea, redness, acne, acne scarring, facial veins, fine lines, and hair removal. Your session includes a VISIA scan so we can map exactly what's relevant for your skin.
Does the $199 include treatment?+
Yes. The $199 Aerolase Skin Clarity Session is a full 90-minute appointment: VISIA diagnostic scan, Aerolase Neo treatment, Healite II LED therapy, and a written treatment plan. It is not a consultation fee — you receive treatment.
Does the $50 deposit come off the $199?+
Yes. The $50 deposit is credited in full toward your $199 session. You pay the remaining $149 on the day.
Will I need more than one session?+
For most skin concerns, a single session delivers visible improvement. For ongoing concerns — pigmentation, acne, redness — a structured plan of 5–8 sessions produces lasting results. We'll outline your plan after the VISIA assessment.
Is there any downtime?+
No. The Aerolase Neo Elite's pulse is so short that your skin doesn't have time to heat up — so there's no redness, swelling, or recovery time. You can return to normal activity immediately after your appointment.
Does it hurt?+
No. The Aerolase Neo Elite requires no numbing cream. Each pulse ends before your skin even feels heat — so heat doesn't accumulate. Most clients describe a mild warming sensation at most.
Can new clients book the $199 session?+
Yes. The Aerolase Skin Clarity Session is specifically designed for new clients. It includes your full diagnostic assessment and first treatment in one appointment.
What if the Aerolase isn't right for my skin on the day?+
The Aerolase Neo Elite is suitable for most skin types and concerns, but not all. Suitability is confirmed during your consultation, before any treatment begins. If Aerolase isn't appropriate on the day, an alternative treatment will be provided — and your $50 deposit is credited in full toward that session.
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?+
You can reschedule or cancel online up to 48 hours before your appointment — your $50 deposit carries straight over to your new time. Inside the 48-hour window, please call us on 0479 123 182 and we'll do our best to find a workable alternative. No-shows and late cancellations are charged at 50% of the treatment price.
